Midenė UAB is an artistic ceramics company based in Panevėžys, Dembava.

We have been producing high quality artistic ceramics for more than 30 years – since 1993.

Each of our handmade products is unique – from cosy angels, family fireplaces, miniature houses to garden ceramics and funny figurines.

We can offer a wide range of unique decorations to suit all tastes.

We export our products to the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and many European countries.

We also participate in international exhibitions such as Frankfurt Ambiente, Paris Maison Objet, Birmingham Spring, Tokyo Interior Lifestyle and Gift Show, New York NY NOW.

Our artists Birutė and Laima create ceramic angels, family fireplaces, lamps and other one-off pieces.

These artistic ceramics use fireclay, a white clay fired at high temperatures. It is a very durable, long-lasting, frost-resistant clay, so that the fireclay can be stored all year round, not only indoors but also outdoors.

Another special feature of our pieces is the crystalline glaze, which gives them a distinctive, ornate texture.

Tradition

We have a tradition of handmade ceramics – our ceramicists hand-mould and hand-glaze each piece, so that even the same pattern is always different and unique.

We have processes in place to ensure quality at every stage of production.

Social activities

We regularly participate in and organise artistic ceramics symposiums and support cultural events in Panevėžys.

We are also open to visitors – we organise excursions, education and creative activities for children and adults.
