I met Asta and Giedrius in 2016. Their social initiative “Creativity Corner 360” develops ideas of sustainable consumption and secondary design, and the materials I use are very close to that, so we quickly found a common language. After a year of collaboration, I contributed to their new home.
We used materials from Kūrybos Kampas 360’s warehouse: vintage oak veneered furniture, old white laminated plywood, blue-painted plywood from the 2015 Kaunas Biennial’s information stand, and the sash of a broken door.
